Products & Services

Quality Assurance

We make high-quality supplies for 3D scanning, solving any challenges you might face. Established in 2018 in Germany, Scanningspray Vertriebs GmbH focuses on producing scanning sprays. With our deep knowledge in 3D scanning and aerosol tech, we continuously enhance our AESUB products for quicker, more efficient, and precise 3D scanning. Our products also include different types of reference points, adaptable measuring frames, and magnetic cubes for measurements.

AESUB blue - fast vanishing spray for short time scanning

To be able to scan reflective and transparent parts, they need to be matted beforehand with a scanning spray. The spraying is very quick, but the subsequent cleaning of the parts and the surrounding area has always been problematic and time-consuming.

AESUB blue is a self-vanishing scanning spray developed by scanning experts. The spray evaporates within a few hours, meaning that there is no need for cleaning after scanning. Unlike traditional sprays, AESUB blue does not contain pigments and thus avoids pigment-contamination of sensitive areas, such as laboratories and production sites, equipment, and users. You can therefore apply AESUB blue directly, on spot of scanning, without any costly transport to avoid said pigment contamination in sensitive areas. Overall, AESUB blue greatly increases efficiency and productivity within the digitizing processes.

AESUB orange- longer-lasting vanishing spray for 3D scanning

AESUB orange is a long-lasting self-volatilizing scanning spray developed by scanning experts. It eliminates basic application problems of 3D metrology, especially in sensitive areas (laboratories, production, etc.) and protects the equipment from contamination by deposition of pigments. Expensive transports of externally matted measuring objects to the sensor as well as the time-consuming cleaning of the measuring environment and objects after scanning are no longer necessary. With AESUB orange, you achieve a significant increase in efficiency and productivity in the entire digitization process.

AESUB diamond - self-vanishing scanning spray for fine jewelry items and small objects

Due to the high reflectivity and transparency of jewelry items, a scanning spray that offers an extremely high level of detail is essential. This is precisely why the sublimating AESUB Diamond scanning spray was developed. Its ultra-thin layer, measuring significantly less than 2µm, allows for the precise and accurate capture of delicate, detailed jewelry pieces. The very fine, homogenous spray has a comparatively short evaporation time, enabling efficient and rapid digitalization.

AESUB Diamond is ideal for applications requiring the utmost attention to detail, such as in the jewelry industry, where all the fine nuances and structures need to be captured. It is free from harmful titanium dioxide and, like all other sublimating AESUB scanning sprays, contains no pigments.

AESUB dice - magnetic retroreflective points for more precise results from every angle.

Available either with M4 thread

The new AESUB Dice enhance optical measuring processes and offer numerous advantages for precise measurements.

The faces of the dice are never symmetrical which allows for continuous measurements from five different angles. Eleven reference points are placed in a small space to capture the part dimensions precisely and reliably from all perspectives.

Since the AESUB Dices are magnetic, they are perfect for measurements involving metallic parts. Alternatively, the dice are also available equipped with a thread, thereby opening more potential applications.

A set of AESUB Dices comprises of twelve dice in total plus the accompanying AESUB Dots. The self-adhesive, retroreflective reference points with a diameter of 6 mm are placed on the surfaces of the dice, meaning that no measurement points need to be placed onto the object to be scanned.

The AESUB Dices are polygons in the form of a dodecahedron and produced in black as standard but are available in white or transparent on request. Naturally, the dice are also available without targets, enabling the user to stick on the AESUB Dots required for his or her application.

AESUB target net - retroreflective points for immediate application on medium sized or large components

Speed up your large component scanning with our reusable Target Net. It lets you place reference points in seconds. Usually, these points are added to the component's surface before scanning to merge individual scans into a complete image, essential for accurate data.

The net, measuring 1500 x 2000 millimeters, has around 300 targets spaced about 100 millimeters apart. This dense distribution lets you scan quickly from multiple angles.

For metal parts, we have a magnetic version, ensuring the targets stay put. For non-metal items like stone or plastic, the net can be stretched over or fixed with optional suction pads. The reference points hover about 10mm above the surface. The mesh threads are either undetected by scanners or easily removed in post-processing software.
