JCOM is the North American importer for cleaning, degreasing and finishing machines for aqueous and solvent applications. Turnkey solutions include parts handling, automation, and a cleaning laboratory as well as local testing facilities in several locations with direct service and support. The machines are designed to clean, vapor degrease, vacuum dry and pressure flood in a vacuum. Solvent is constantly regenerated to allow for the best continuous cleaning results and prolonged use of the solvent. Extracted oils can be reused or disposed of. Vacuum technology is emission free, allows for lower process temperatures, has low power consumption, and avoids any contamination outside the system. It is a very efficient process for constantly meeting any and all of your cleanliness requirements.

Aqueous Cleaning Machines
Aqueous cleaning machines always find application when high throughputs, large batch weights, complicated part geometries, and complex multilevel processes are involved. The configuration as well as the accessory range is tailored in each case to customer requirements.
A tried-and-tested transfer system with removable basket holders means that the fully automatic multichamber immersion plant allows cost-effective retrofitting of additional basket holders that flexibly increase the throughput performance. Alternatively, additional basket holders can lengthen process times in the individual stations whilst maintaining the same throughput capacity and thus fulfill the demands for higher cleanliness.
Hybrid Solvent and Aqueous Machines
The combined single or multi chamber solvent and aqueous system is designed for:
Oil based contaminations need to be degreased initially and then in a second step an aqueous based passivation is required
Water based contaminated parts (ex. water based coolant) need to be treated with RP (rust preventative) after cleaning or have to meet high cleanliness specs
A combination of the above
Roll is the first company combining both processes in a single chamber system using the same work chamber. All other accessories / processes such as ultra-sound, pressure flooding, vapor degreasing, and vacuum drying are possible in this process as well.
Multiple filtration systems (bag-, cartridge-, cyclone-filters) in single or parallel processes as well as the continuous bypass distillation will keep the solvent continuously clean. Any residue will be discharged for reuse to exceed the highest environmental standards and reduce waste.
The twin-tech units are available for standardized baskets or customized solutions to fit your applications.
