About us
ph-cleantec GmbH is a German manufacturer of industrial cleaning equipment based next to Stuttgart, Germany. Originally, ph-cleantec was a Mercedes-spin-off to clean brakes, but our method has many more applications. In particular, our system is ideal to clean fatty, greasy and oily contaminations all over the metal working industry. Our strenghts lie in cleaning metal parts with water and entire machine tools with their own cooling lubricant.
With over 40 years of experience and an excellent reputation in Germany and in Europe, ph-cleantec is now ready to enter the US market through our trusted partner Restless Machines LLC in Greenville, SC.
Our unique operating principle is based on the combination of high temperatures with low pressure. The high temperatures of up to 95 °C are ideal for dissolving all kinds of greasy, fatty, or oily contaminants. The low pressure – only 7.5 bars - is sufficient to remove the dirt without damaging any sensitive parts.
Our low pressure high temperature cleaning devices can be used both for parts cleaning and for machine cleaning.
Machine cleaning : For machine cleaning, we generally use the cooling lubricant or the cutting oil as cleaning medium. This makes work much easier and much faster, and no foreign substances such as brake cleaners or solvents are introduced into the emulsion. The devices are mobile and can be moved easily from one machine tool to the next.
Parts cleaning : For parts cleaning our customers normally use tap water or – depending upon the contamination – tap water and an alkaline cleaning agent. It is also possible to clean with de-mineralised water and even with acids.
Because of the low pressure there are no splash-back effects to mention, and very little medium is used. This together with the integrated recycling system ensures that our machines use very little water and energy, and minimal chemistry. As a result, our solution saves significant resources, helps the environment, and contributes significantly to improving occupational safety.
Equally importantly for most customers : Our clients work much (!) faster than with conventional methods - often 2 hours instead of 2 days – and save significantly on working hours for their maintenance. Consequently, customers als have much lower down times for their machine tools. Further, breakages are avoided, and health risks significantly reduced. And last not least, users generally like working with our system because for them it’s clean, it’s fast and it’s easy.

1000 SRE - machine cleaning made easy
Our 1000 SRE is designed for machine cleaning with cooling lubricants, but can also be used to clean large parts with hot water. With the option 1000 ASE it can suck in coolant lubricant from an external tank such as the reservoir of a tooling machine.
1000 SR - machine cleaning with coolant lubricant as well as parts cleaning with hot water
Our 1000 SR is designed for machine cleaning with cooling lubricants as well as parts cleaning with hot water. With the option 1000 ASR it can suck in coolant lubricant from an external tank such as the reservoir of a tooling machine. Parts cleaning is done in a collector that sits on top of the device for ease of handling. Water can be provided via a water hose or from the device’s own 60 liter (15 gallons) tank, and can be recycled.
1000 SRK - easy transport, no internal tank
Our 1000 SRK is designed for machine cleaning with cooling lubricants as well as parts cleaning with hot water. It does not have it’s own tank which makes it easy to transport in a van. In return it needs a constant water or coolant supply. The device is perfect for service providers who drive from one customer to another.
